How do you approach a new project?
We can have a virtual meeting, a phone call, or meet for coffee if you’re local, to review questions. I will do research on the information and we will regroup to see what will be the best way to move forward and discuss a timeline. Start by filling out our contact form.
How are deadlines determined?
Typically they are driven by new launches or events. The sooner we can start the better. Ideally the marketing will be planned and created well in advance of the launch date.
Many other factors can come into play as well such as aquisitions, bidding deadlines, having content ready vs. having to create new content, etc.

What Platforms do you work with?
Most of our designs are created with Adobe Creative Suite including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premier Rush and Adobe Express.
Websites are built in WordPress CMS using Elementor Page Builder.
We also recommend Project Management programs such as Asana or Airtable.
